To use our service an account must be created. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. If we suspect fraud or inaccuracy we withhold the rights to terminate your account and use of our service.

Use
Hoop Dance Academy grants you permission to use all content for personal use only. None of our content should be replicated, distributed or shared without exclusive permission from Hoop Dance Academy. By using our service you agree that you will not copy, modify or distribute any of the content made available in our service. You also agree not to permit anyone else to copy, modify or distribute our content including using any automated tools or database to store, sell, modify or distribute our content. By using our service you also agree not to modify, take or distribute any other persons personal details or account details.

Hoop Dance Academy reserves the right to make on-going changes and modifications to the service without notice. This includes discontinuing any or all of the service. We will not be liable to you or any third party for changes to or suspension or the service. We are not obliged to provide you with any support for the service. We do not provide equipment or software for using our service and are therefore not responsible for your viewing device, software or hardware. We also hold the rights to make changes to our terms and conditions including modifying, adding to or changing current terms.
Your Membership
Your membership will start when you sign up to a 2 week free trail and will continue so long as you are paying through any of our subscription services. Your membership may be cancelled by you at any time. If you cancel after your 2 week free trial is up then your membership will terminate depending on the length of your chosen subscription.
Hoop Dance Academy retains full discretion to offer or deny refunds to any membership cancelled after billing date. We reserve the right to alter your billing date, particularly if payment has failed on the usual billing date.
You hold the right to cancel your membership at any time. We cannot offer credit for partially used subscription periods. However, the service will still be available to you until the end of your current billing period. In cancelling your membership you will loose access to any paid content portions of our website once your billing period is complete.
Hoop Dance Academy currently provides a 2 week free trial. We reserve the rights to change the length of this trial or remove the ability to have a free trial at any given time.
Our membership fees may change however you will be given notice of any up-coming fee changes.
Hoop Dance Academy aims to provide secure checkout however we are not responsible for any errors or issues when using these payment services.

Hoop Dance Academy may provide suggestions, links or content from third party websites or otherwise. Hula Hoop Academy, its employees, members and associates do not take responsibility for any errors, expiry dates or other accuracies in the information provided by the third parties.
Links to third party websites are navigated at your own risk, our terms no longer apply once navigating third party links and we do not hold responsibility for any information you give to them or that they provide to you.

You will be soley responsible for any harm caused during or after using our service. You are soley responsible for interpreting and modifying any information given by this service in a way that results in no harm to yourself, others, goods or anything else. You are solely responsible for any loss, damage or otherwise unstated impact caused while or from using this service.
The maximum liability Hoop Dance Academy, its' owners, employees or otherwise, can be liable to pay is the total of the amount you have paid to our service.
By using our service, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Hoop Dance Academy, its affiliates, employees, licensors, suppliers, and Distributors harmless from any costs, damages, expenses, & liability caused by your use of the service or your violation of these Terms. Any claims must be brought to our attention within one year of the claim in question. Any waiver of these terms is only to be effective if signed by Hoop Dance Academy.
